摘要 船舶锚机控制是十分复杂的过程,特别是起锚过程,分为4个阶段,每个阶段的负载转矩都在变化,很难建立精确的数学模型。传统的手动控制和电机的有级调速控制都存在调速精度低、维护困难和环境适应能力差的缺点。模糊控制不需要系统精确的数学模型,利用PLC编制模糊专家系统的算法和变频器对电机良好的无级调速性能设计出智能船舶锚机控制系统,经船厂验证,该系统可实现锚机在4个阶段根据负载变化智能调整锚机的功率输出,稳定可靠。 Ships windlass control was a very complex process,especially anchor process was divided into four stages, each stage of the load torque is changing,it was difficult to establish a precise mathematical model. The traditional manual control and a level speed control motor speed accuracy were present low maintenance difficulties and shortcom- ings of poor environmental adaptability. Fuzzy control system does not require a precise mathematical model,using PLC preparation algorithms and fuzzy expert system for motor drive good performance stepless design of intelligent control systems ship anchored by the shipyard to verify,the tests show that the system can be implemented in four windlass stages according to load changes intelligent adjustment windlass power output,has a stable and reliable property.
