摘要
在拉舍尔舌针经编机上编织了6种不同参数的单梳经平玻璃纤维经编针织物,根据织物的实际线圈形态假定条件,然后推导出线圈在平面的投影长度,进而得出经平组织线圈模型的总线圈长度公式,并利用Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 4.0建立经平织物线圈三维几何模型。6种织物的线圈模型计算长度与实测线圈长度差异较小,说明线圈建模的假设和建立的线圈几何模型是符合实际的。
Six single-bar tricot stitch fabrics with different parameters are knitted on a Raschel latch needle warp knitting machine. Some conditions are assumed on the practical loop shape of the tricot fabric, then deduced the length of the coil in planar projection and concluded the flat organization coil total stitch length formula of the model. It uses Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 4.0 to set up geometrical model of loop. The difference between the calcu- lating loop length from the model and the loop length from six practical fabrics is less. This shows that the assumption on loop and the geometrical model of loop of tricot stitch fabric is accordant with the true facts.
