摘要
党的十八大报告明确提出,共同富裕是中国特色社会主义的根本原则。这一新论断是中国共产党人在新的历史条件下,对"什么是社会主义、如何建设社会主义"问题的新回答,是对邓小平共同富裕思想的新发展,是对中国特色社会主义理论的新概括。同时这一新论断既体现了中国特色社会主义的价值追求,也进一步明确了中国特色社会主义的改革方向和发展目标。
The Report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forwards that taking the road of common prosperity is the basic principle of socialism with Chinese Characteristics. This new theory is not only the latest response of the CPC to the question 'what is the socialism and how to build the socialism?' under a new historical condition but also a new development of Deng Xiaoping's thought of common prosperity, and a new connotation of the socialism with Chinese Characteristics as well. Meanwhile, this new theory reflects the value pursue of the socialism with Chinese Characteristics and further clarifies the reform direction and development goal of it.
