摘要
针对冷氨法烟气CO2捕集尾气脱氨过程绘制了低温低浓度的NH3-CO2-H2O体系气液平衡相图,利用相图对废水代洗水的的两级水洗脱氨系统进行了分析,结果表明该系统可以达到尾气NH3浓度<10ppm,同时达到废水氨氮浓度<15mg/L的环保指标。
Referring to the low temperature and low concentration conditions, the VLE curves of NHs-CO2- H2O system was draw for the ammonia removal in the chilled ammonia based CO2 capture process. On the basis of graphic curves of VLE, two stage ammonia washing process by using waste water replacing regen- erated water was analyzed, The results show that both the ammonia pollution control standards of 10 ppm for exhaust gas and 15 mg/L for wastewater can be reached by using the two stage ammonia washing process.
