摘要
为有效地培养能够胜任民航地勤岗位的工作人员,在高职民航旅客运输课程中提出了"0.4+0.4+0.4"的工学交替模式。并且在教学的前期加强职业意识的锻造,教学中加强对学生职业化的要求,夯实与企业的合作基础,对工学结合的教学方式予以保障。
In order to train capable aviation ground staff effectively, it proposes the "0.4 +0.4 +0.4" alternating pattern in the civil aviation passenger transport course. In the teaching pre-process, it should strengthen the training of professional consciousness, during the teaching it should enhance the professional requirements, then consolidate the cooperation with enterprises and safeguard the teaching mode with combination of working and learning.
