摘要
为了提高我国软组织肉瘤的诊断与治疗水平,为更好地开展多学科、多医院协作,为形成并制定较为一致的符合我国国情、能在全国范围内推广与实施的软组织肉瘤规范化诊疗共识,以便有效地提高全国的软组织肉瘤综合治疗水平,中国临床肿瘤学会(CSCO)肉瘤专家委员会和中国抗癌协会肉瘤专业委员会共同组织了软组织肉瘤诊治领域的相关专家,以循证医学证据和推荐指南为基础,综合分析并评价了国内外相关文献资料,结合国内各中心的经验,最终形成了本软组织肉瘤临床诊疗专家共识。本文主要是对专家共识涉及的相关内容进行解读和分析。
To improve the diagnosis and treatment of soft tissue sarcoma in China, to carry out the multidisciplinary collabora-tion in our country better, to form and develop the consensus in accordance with China？s national conditions, we work out this clinical pathway under the leader of Sarcoma Group of CSCO（ Chinese Society Of Clinical Oncology） and Sarcoma Group of CACA（ Chinese Anti-Cancer Association） . The clinical pathway is based on evidence-based medicine evidence with wide literature review and national experience in China. This article mainly focuses on the interpretation and understanding of various aspects related to this clinical path-way.
