双余弦型像素光变防伪商标

Optical Variable Device of Double Cosine Pixelgrams for Anti- counterfeiting in Logo Printing

摘要 目的建立一种光变防伪商标的微镜像素模型。方法基于色光反射,利用双余弦函数所构成的微镜曲面,满足反射光亮度和反射光强稳定度的雅可比行列式判据特性。结果构建出了适用于商标的RGBS结构型印刷防伪微镜模型,模拟并分析了函数表面形状随参数变化的情况。结论该模型利用余弦函数的周期性,可通过调节结构参量达到防伪的效果。 Objective To set up a micro-mirror pixelgrams model for anti-counterfeiting in logo printing. Methods Based on the characteristics of double cosine micro-mirror which satisfies Jacobian determinant criterion of the micro surface reflective brightness and reflective stability and also based on light reflection. Results A new kind of RGBS structural printing anti-coun- terfeiting micro-mirror model suitable for logo printing was established. The surface structure of the model function was simula- ted and analyzed. Conclusion The model utilized the periodicity of cosine function and adjusted the structure parameters to a- chieve the anti-counterfeiting purpose.
