摘要 超高强度硼钢板热冲压是加热、冲压和淬火相结合的新型成形工艺。但是硼钢板在加热后容易生成氧化皮,耐腐性能降低,影响零件的使用性能。为了解决这个问题,研制了BR1500HS硼钢耐高温防氧化的保护涂层。并在加热950℃保温6 min的热冲压工艺条件下,分析了有无涂层试件的表面形态和组织变化。结果表明:该光滑涂层均匀覆盖在基体表面,对其无影响,满足硼钢板热冲压过程中的高温防氧化要求。 Hot stamping of ultra high-strength boron steels is a new forming technology combining heating and stamping with quenching process. But boron steel after heating easily produces iron scale and corrosion resistance is reduced, which affects the performance of parts. In order to solve the problem, high temperature oxidation resistant protective coating of BR1500HS boron steel was developed. Under hot stamping process conditions of BR1500HS steel heated at 950℃ for 6min, the surface morphological and microstructure change with or without coating were analyzed. The results show that the smooth coating evenly covers on the matrix surface, and does not affect the matrix surface, which satisfies the requirement of high temperature resistant oxidation in hot stamping boron steel sheet process.
