铸件带有一个类半球腔,腔上部带一把手,把手的存在阻碍了腔体型芯的抽出。针对这一特点,该模具采用带有二次推出机构的圆弧抽芯结构,使型芯在推出过程中受转动力矩作用而围绕拉杆转动,型芯便从腔体中脱出,有效解决了问题,同时铸件质量得到了保证。
There is a similarly hemispherical cavity in the cast, and a handle above the cavity, which can hinder the cavity core pulling. For this point, the mould uses arc core pulling structure with twice-ejector, which makes core rotate around the lever during pulling, and the core separates from the cavity. The problem was solved and the quality of the cast was ensured.
