PBL教学与传统教学模式在消化科教学中的效果比较

摘要 目的:探讨PBL模式对于消化系统疾病教学的应用效果。方法:将消化内科学生分为对照组和实验组,分别采用传统教学法、PBL联合传统教学法开展教学。通过考试,比较两组综合成绩。结果:实验组操作技能和综合知识明显优于对照组。结论:PBL联合传统教学能保持知识系统性、完整性,有效培养了学生临床思维.提高了教学质量。 Objective:Discusses the application of PBL pattern teaching for digestive system diseases. Method:Students of digestive diseases were divided into control group and experimental group, respectively by traditional teaching fnethod and PBL in combination with traditional teaching method in teaching, from test, compare the comprehensive performance of two groups. Result: the operation skills and comprehensive knowledge of experimental group are much better than the control group. Conclusion:PBL with traditional teaching can maintain the systematic, integrity of knowledge,Can effectively cultivate students clinical thinking and improve the teaching quality.
