手指聚氨酯类材料高压注射伤的诊治 被引量：10

摘要 手部高压注射伤（high-pressure injection injuries,HPII）是一种较为特殊的手部损伤,多因使用高压枪缺乏规范或防护措施不佳导致.以往报告的手部高压注射伤的致伤喷射物质以油漆、液压油、织物清洗剂等较为多见[1-5],而以聚氨酯类材料为基体的遇水膨胀止水胶引起的HPII较少见.2010年10月至2013年9月,我科收治4例因聚氨酯类防水材料引起的手部HPII患者,现报告如下.
