摘要
在综合考虑各影响因素的基础上,对"乳液聚合"实验进行了因素与水平的设计。选定了反应温度、引用剂用量、乳化剂用量、软硬单体质量比和固含量作为乳液聚合实验教学的考察因素,并对每一因素设计了不同水平。具体实验过程中,学生按条件因素进行分组,组间考察不同因素,组内考察同一因素的不同水平,实验结束时进行组内讨论和组间讨论。一次教学实验,可使学生了解乳液聚合中各因素的影响规律和影响结果,加深对"高分子化学"课程内容的理解。
On the basis of comprehensive consideration of various influencing factors of emulsion polymerization ,the factors and levels table is designed .The experimental temperature ,initiator dosage ,emulsifier dosage ,solid content and mass ratio of soft monomer and hard monomer are selected as the influencing factors ,and the different levels for each factor are designed .During the process of experiment ,students are divided into groups according to the principle of different factors between groups and different levels at the same factor in a group .After the experiment ,the discussions in a group and between groups would be held .Therefore ,a teaching experiment can help students understand the influence rules and results of various factors on emulsion polymerization .So it can also make the students deepen the understanding the content of Polymer Chemistry course .
