摘要
设计并开发了一种基于DSP控制的零电压全桥三电平DC-DC变换器。该实验装置是对电力电子技术中多电平和软开关技术的学习和实践,是在全桥结构DC-DC变换器的基础上进行改进,加入了三电平技术和ZVS技术。以DSP为控制器,通过采用移相斩波的控制方法,实现各只MOS管零电压开关。该实验装置具有技术先进、安全可靠、操作简便等优点,尤其适合在实验教学中应用,让学生动手实践,测量观察三电平和软开关技术的相应实验波形。重点分析了变换器的工作原理以及系统的设计方案。
A setting of three level ZVS DC DC converter based on DSP is developed .This experimental setting provides a chance for study and practice of multi level and soft switching technology in the power electronics technology .The experimental device is improved based on full bridge DC DC converter by joining the three level and ZVS technology .The device can achieve ZVS of MOSFET by using phase shift and chopper and DSP controller .The experimental device is technologically advanced , safe , reliable and easy to operate . It is particularly suitable for application in the experimental teaching ,so that students can operate by themselves to see the corresponding experimental waveforms of the three level and soft switching technology .This paper focuses on analyzing the working principle and the design of system of the converter .
