摘要
基于霍尔效应设计了一款测量液体压强微小变化和密度的装置,并使用该装置对液体内部的压强变化进行了动态实时测量,测量压强微小变化量的数量级为10Pa,测量的不确定度小于5.9%;测量液体密度的不确定度小于5.7%。
A measurement system is designed for measuring fluid pressure changes and density based on Hall Effect .The real time dynamic measurement is carried out by using the designed system .The resolution of the slight change of fluid pressure can research 10 Pa .The errors of measurement range of the fluid pressure and density are less than 5 .9% and 5 .7% ,respectively .
