摘要
外商直接投资即FD I通过资金供给、技术溢出、产业转移、产业集群等影响产业结构,从而促进产业结构升级。我国要实现经济结构的战略性调整,必须在利用外商直接投资方面实现从注重规模速度向注重质量效益的转变,要采取制定合理的利用外资方针、为内资企业自主创新铺路、增强企业吸收能力、提高企业创新能力等措施,充分发挥外商直接投资对产业结构升级的促进作用。
Foreign Direct Investment, which is FDI, can affect the industrial structure, with the aim to promote the upgrade of it by supplying funds, overflowing technology, transferring industry and gathering industry etc. We must take some measures to realize the strategic adjustment of economic structure. We must achieve the transformation from focusing on speed and scale to quality and efficiency in the aspect of FDI. By means of laying down reasonable policy to use foreign investment, setting foundation for domestic enterprises, strengthening the absorbing ability and innovation ability of enterprises, we can make FDI play an important role in promoting the upgrade of industrial structure.
