组织芯片的应用及研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 组织芯片(tissue chip)是将数十至上千个小组织整齐地排放在同一张载玻片上的微缩组织切片。组织芯片按放置组织的多少,分为多组织片(multi-tissue section)、组织阵列(tissue array,最多可含60个直径2 mm 的组织)和组织微阵列(microtissue array,最多可含1000个直径0.6 mm 的组织);按组织来源的不同,分为人类组织芯片、动物组织芯片;人类组织芯片又可分为人类疾病组织芯片、正常组织芯片和胚胎组织芯片。
