摘要
张仲景在《伤寒论》中,用"六病"与"八纲"的辨证纲领和论治准则,明示了"六病"的辨证论治规律:一般三阳病正盛邪实,属表、属热、属实,以祛邪为主,多用汗、吐、下、消、清、泄法,兼以养阴生津;三阴病正虚邪恋,以扶正为主,多用温补回阳法,兼以散寒。在施治的原则中,彰显了扶正祛邪、表里先后、正治反治等证治规律。
According to Treatise ors Febrile Disease,Zhang Zhongjing puts forward the rules of treatment of six kinds of diseases and eight principles：generally speaking,three -yang diseases are in the state of excessive evil domination characterized by surface, heat and excess,so eliminating pathogens accompanied with nourishing yin fluid are mainly adopted to sweat, vomit, drain, remove,clear away and discharge. While three -yin diseases are in the state of deficieney, so streuglheuing heahhy qi aeeompatried with dispelling eoht is mainly adopted to return back to yang. These treatment principles emphasize the following rules such as strengthening heahhy qi,eliminating pathogens,ot, tside first and inside later,routine treatment and contrary treatment,etc.
