摘要
目的:建立测定青果丸中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Agilent TC-C18(150 mm×4.60mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-0.02 mol/l磷酸(45∶55∶0.2,V/V/V),流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为30℃,进样量为10μl,检测波长为278 nm。结果:黄芩苷检测质量浓度在10~200μg/ml范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9,n=6);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD≤0.96%;平均加样回收率为99.53%,RSD=1.07%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于青果丸中黄芩苷的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the content determination of baicalin in Qingguo pills. METHODS: HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Agilent TC-C18(150 mm×4.60 mm, 5μm) column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-0.02 mol/1 phosphoric acid (45 : 55 : 0.2, V/F/V) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The column tempera- ture was set at 30 ℃ The sample size was 10μl, and detection wavelength was set at 278 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of baicalin was 10-200 μg/ml (r=0.999 9, n=6) with an average recovery of 99.55% (RSD=1.07%, n=9); RSD of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 0.96%. CONCLUSIONS: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for the content determination of baicalin in Qingguo pills.
