摘要
介绍了预开卷设备在螺旋缝焊管机组中的应用情况,包括预开卷的工作原理、工作过程、常见问题的分析及解决措施。预开卷技术应用在螺旋缝焊管的钢卷准备阶段,可大大缩短钢板对头时间,同时提高螺旋缝焊管用钢板的对头焊质量,适用于大壁厚、大直径、高钢级螺旋缝焊管的大批量生产。
Described in the paper is the application of the coil-preparation stand to the spiral welded pipe production line, involving the work principle, operation process, and analysis and fixing of common problems, etc. When the pre-uncoiling technique is used at the coil preparation stage of manufacturing process for the spiral welded pipe, the steel plate butting time is tremendously reduced, and meanwhile the butt welding quality is improved. This technique is suitable for massive production of heavy-wall, large-sized and hi-grade spiral welded pipes.
