摘要 介绍了COE中直径直缝双面埋弧焊管的研制要求,生产线的工艺设计、装备配置、成型原理和内外埋弧焊的焊接方法,以及该产品在国内管线工程中的应用。理化试验和实际应用表明:COE中直径直缝双面埋弧焊管管体成型好、焊缝质量佳、产品质量稳定,可替代Φ508 mm以下HFW焊管,也可替代部分无缝钢管和螺旋缝埋弧焊管,用途广泛,具有较好的发展前景。 Described in the article are all about the R & D and application of the medium-sized COE double SAWL pipe, involving such aspects as technological design and equipment configuration of the operation line, formation theory and the inner/outer submerged arc welding process, and how pipes of this type are being used in domestic pipeline projects. Relevant physicochemical tests and actual application practices demonstrate that the medium-sized COE double SAWL pipes are in possession of good profile, excellent weld seam quality and consistent general product quality, being capable of replacing HFW pipes with sizes under ~508 mm as well as part of the seamless steel pipes and SAWH pipes, and suiting for a wide range of uses, and having an encouraging development potential.
