摘要 简要介绍了国外C110钢级套管的开发背景和冶金制造工艺的技术进步,对比了某些制造厂的生产实际做法与API Spec 5CT规范对该钢级合金化设计及工艺控制的规定,并进一步介绍了C110钢级的适用性评价和应用实例,对C110钢及其套管的开发生产提出了建议。 Briefly introduced in the paper are the background for R ＆ D of C110 casing and technical progress of metallurgical manufacturing process abroad. Actual operations of some manufacturers are compared with the requirements of API Spec 5CT for alloying design and process control of this grade. Also introduced are the applicability evaluation and actual application cases of C110 casing, and proposed are the relevant suggestions for the development and production of C110 steel and C110 casing.
