内窥镜辅助采集静脉冠状动脉旁路移植同期颈动脉内膜剥脱术的护理配合 被引量：4

摘要 目的总结12例内窥镜下采集大隐静脉行不停跳冠状动脉旁路移植及同期颈动脉内膜剥脱术的手术配合经验。方法术前做好手术间,特殊器械和物品的准备工作。巡回护士实施安全有效的体位管理,体温调节,正确操作各种仪器及术中密切监测血压的变化,及时合理用药。器械护士严密关注手术及时配合医生,有效缩短手术时间,用肝素盐水反复冲洗颈动脉管腔,以降低术后感染及预防医源性栓塞。结果本组患者均手术顺利,未发生心肌缺血及脑卒中。结论手术配合措施是保证手术取得成功的关键之一。
