瑞芬太尼与丙泊酚合剂降低全麻患者气管插管反应的疗效观察

摘要 目的观察瑞芬太尼与丙泊酚合剂降低全麻患者气管插管反应的效果。方法对68例实施全麻进行手术患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中采用瑞芬太尼与丙泊酚合剂麻醉的34例患者为观察组,采用芬太尼麻醉的34例患者为对照组。结果观察组SpO2在过咽时出现一过性的降低,检查时又有所回升;对照组SBP、DBP、HR及SpO2在过咽时和检查时与基础值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组各项检测值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用瑞芬太尼与丙泊酚合剂可以有效抑制麻醉时的气管插管反应。 Objective To observe the remifentanil and propofol mixture to reduce the effect of endotracheal intubation in patients with general anesthesia reaction. Methods Clinical data of 68 patients with general anesthesia for surgery were analyzed retrospectively, including the remifentanil and propofol anesthesia mixture of 34 patients as observation group, 34 cases of patients using fentanyl anesthesia as control group. Results Observation group SpO2 through sex occurred in lower pharynx, and recovered when check; control group SBP, DBP, HR and SpO2 in pharynx and check with basic value comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05); two groups of the readings comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Using remifentanil and propofol mixture may effectively restrain anesthesia endotracheal intubation reSpOnse.
