摘要
目的分析十二指肠肿瘤的外科诊断要点及治疗效果。方法收集2008年1月至2011年1月期间,我院收治的十二指肠肿瘤患者50例,回顾分析其临床资料,总结其外科诊断要点、治疗方法以及效果。结果 5例(10.0%)肿瘤分布在十二指肠乳头的上方,41例(82.0%)位于乳头周围,4例(8.0%)位于乳头下方;均经外科手术治疗,手术死亡2例(4.0%),48例术后随访,1年生存率为79.2%,2年存活率为62.5%,3年存活率为47.9%。结论十二指肠肿瘤患者的临床表现缺乏特异性,纤维十二指肠镜检查以及活检是诊断本病的主要手段,根据肿瘤部位合理选择手术切除治疗可获得良好预后。
Objective To analyze the surgical diagnosis and treatment of duodenal tumor effect. Methods Collected from January 2008 to January 2011, 50 cases of duodenal tumor patients of our hospital, retrospective analysis the clinical data, summarize the surgical diagnosis, treatment methods and effects. ResuRs 5 cases （10.0%） above the duodenal papilla tumor distribution, 41 cases （82.0%） are located around the nipple, 4 cases （8.0%） located below the nipple; aRer surgery, surgery, 2 cases died （4.0%）, 48 cases of postoperative＇follow-up, 1 year survival rate was 79.2%, 2 year survival rate was 62.5%, 3 year survival rate was 47.9%. Conclusion The clinical manifestations of patients with duodenal tumor lack of specificity, and fiber duodenal endoscopy and biopsy is a major means of diagnosis of the disease, according to tumor location and reasonable choice.
