三辊轧管过程避免轧卡的新工艺

摘要 提出的避免轧卡的新工艺已经过工业性试验。它的成功主要取决于支撑顶头和顶杆的支挡装置。在这上面装有快推机构和特制的油缸 ,它们串接在支挡机构的活动支座与调整丝杠之间。当管坯轧制临近管尾时 ,由压力传感器发出信号 ,启动液压系统的换向阀 ,同时快推油缸快速向前推进 ,把快要穿透的管坯迅速穿透 ,改变了顶头相对位置 ,增大了 D∶ S比值 ,从而消除了管尾三角 ,避免了轧卡 ,使生产顺利进行。实践证明 ,这是一种有效的避免轧卡的新工艺 。 In this article, a new technology to avoid rolling block is put forward and has been tested in production. Its success mainly depends on the supporting device, which supports the plug and mandrel. The control system with fast-pushing device has been installed over the supporting device. Its executing body, two specific cylinders are cascaded between the movable support of the supporting device and the adjusting screw. When workpiece rolling is nearly at the end, the pressure sensor gives a signal and starts the directional control value. At the same time, the fast-pushing cylinders push forward very fast, the tube is penetrated, the plug's position in relation to the roll is changed, the value of D:S is increased, thus the tube end triangle is eliminated, rolling block is avoided. Practice has proved that this is an effective and simple method to avoid rolling block. This technology can be extended to the same equipment.
