摘要
研发了一种W/O/W型活化稠油堵剂,有效改善了堵剂的亲水性能,大幅度降低了堵剂体系注入粘度,可优先进入高含水层,在地层条件下自动破乳并释放出高粘W/O型乳化液堵剂,从而实现对高含水水流通道的封堵,室内实验水相封堵率大于97%。该堵剂体系在渤海南堡35-2油田A18井进行了现场应用,累计降水46 000 m3,累计增油1 300 m3,累计增气8 700 m3。与传统的活化稠油堵水技术相比,该堵剂体系粘度低、选择性好、封堵可靠,可满足无须加热、低压力注入工艺要求,更适合海上平台施工作业。
A kind of W/O/W emulsification plugging agent has been researched and developed. This agent may preferentially enter into the layers with high water-cut, due to effectively improving its hydrophilieity and significantly reducing its injection viscosity, then spontaneously demulsify and release high-viscosity W/O emulsion plugging agent under the formation condi- tions, and finally block the water-flow channels, with its water plugging rate over 97% in laboratory experi- ments. Its field application in Well AI8 of NB35 2 oil-field, Bohai Sea,has resulted in 46000m3 of cumu tive water-production depletion, 1 300 m3of cunm a a live oil-production increment and 8 700m3of cumula-tive gas-production increment. Compared with tile con- ventional emulsification plugging agent, this agent is lower in viscosity, better in selectivity and more reliable in plugging capacity,can meet the technological require ments of no heating and low-pressure injection, and is more suitable for the offshore platform operation.
