摘要
目的：检验症状自评量表27项-增补版（SCL-27-P）中文版在中国人群中应用的信度和效度.方法：对湖北省两所综合医院的非心理科室的患者（躯体疾患组）发放问卷346例,对武汉市精神卫生中心就诊的患者（心理疾患组）发放问卷136例,对武汉某社区居民和武汉一本院校的大学生（正常对照组）发放问卷259例,进行SCL-27-P中文版施测,回收有效问卷741例.从正常对照组样本中抽取100例2周后实施重测.结果：SCL-27-P中文版的内部一致性α系数为0.90,5因子的内部一致性α系数为0.68～0.90,量表的重测信度为0.94.各条目与所在因子的相关系数r为0.63～0.86,5因子与总分之间的相关为0.70～0.78,5因子之间的相关为0.28～0.60,所有相关具有显著性（P＜0.01）.躯体疾患组、心理疾患组和正常对照组在植物神经、社交恐怖、广场恐怖和抑郁4因子上差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.验证性因素分析支持量表的5因素相关模型结构.结论：SCL-27-P中文版具有良好的信效度,适合在中国文化背景下使用.
Objective： To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Symptom Checklist-27-Plus （SCL-27-P） in Chinese people. Methods： Three hundred and forty-six patients from two general hospitals of Hubei province （somatic disease group）, 136 patients from Wuhan city mental health center （mental disorders group）, 259 community residents and college students （normal control group） were included and examined with SCL-27-P. A sample of 741 adults was tested, and 100 of normal subgroup were randomly selected to be retested （2-week inter- val）. Results： The Cronbach a of SCL-27-P was 0.90, the Cronbach a of five subscales were 0.68-4）.90. The test-retest reliability was 0.94. The correlation between each item and related factors were 0.63~0.86 （P〈0.01）, the correlation between total factors and total scores was 0.70~0.78 （P〈0.01）, and the correlation among factors was 0.28-4）.60 （P〈0.01）. The somatic disease group, mental disorders group and normal control group got significant difference on vegetative symptoms, agoraphobic symptoms, symptoms of social phobia and depressive symptoms （P〈0.05）. Confirmatory factor analysis showed good fit between the data and the construct of scale. Conclusions： Chinese Version of SCL-27-P has good reliability and validity for Chinese people.
