摘要
目的:探讨传染病患者诊疗过程中的特殊心理需求状况,以及社会支持、医学应对等社会心理因素对其心理健康水平的影响。方法:采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)、一般需求情况调查及症状自评量表(SCL-90)对100名传染病住院患者(传染病组)和100名非传染性疾病住院患者(对照组)进行问卷调查,采用SPSS19.0软件分析数据。结果:传染病组和对照组在医学应对中的面对维度(t=3.19,P<0.01)、SCL-90(t=4.22,P<0.01)有显著差异,社会支持(r=0.551,P<0.001)与医学应对(r=0.481,P<0.001)都与心理健康水平呈显著性相关;医学应对与对社会支持的利用度呈显著性相关(r=0.363,P<0.05)。结论:针对传染病患者的特殊心理需求,提高社会支持和对支持的利用度,能促进其心理健康水平的提升和形成积极的医学应对模式。
Objective ： To investigate the special psychological needs of the patients with infectious diseases, and the effects of social support and medical response on mental health. Methods： A questionnaire survey including Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS）, Medical Coping Modes Questionnaires （MCMQ）, the general needs and symptom Checklist （SCL-90） were assessed in 100 patients with infectious diseases （infectious group） and 100 patients without infectious disease （control group）. SPSS19.0 was used for data analysis. Results： There were significant differences in the medical facing （t=3.19, P〈0.05）, SCL-90（t=4.22, P〈0.01） between the ：2 groups. The mental health were correlated significantly with the Coping with medical （r=0.481, P〈0.001） and the utilization of social support （r=0.551, P〈0.001）. The medical coping was significantly correlated with the utilization of social support （r=0.363,P〈0.05）. Conclusion： For the special psychological needs of patients with infectious diseases, social support and utilization of support should be improved to promote their mental health and the formation of a positive medical coping mode.
