摘要
目的探讨工作满意度在民办幼儿教师职业认同与离职意向之间的中介作用。方法采用教师工作满意度量表、教师职业认同量表及离职意向量表对115名民办幼儿教师进行测量。结果 1职业认同各因子与工作满意度显著正相关(r=0.612,0.388,0.294,0.194;P<0.01);角色价值观、职业倾向与离职意向显著负相关(r=-0.369,-0.210;P<0.01);工作满意度与离职意向显著负相关(r=-0.650,P<0.01);2工作满意度在角色价值观、职业行为倾向与离职意向的关系中起着完全中介作用(β=-0.678,-0.669;P<0.001)。结论职业认同、工作满意度与离职意向之间紧密相关,通过工作满意度,角色价值观、职业行为倾向对离职意向间接发挥作用。
Objective To investigate the mediating role of job satisfaction on the relationship between private kindergarten teachers 'professional identity and turnover intention .Methods A total of 115 private kindergarten teachers were evaluated with Teachers'Professional Identity Scale ,Teachers'Turnover Intention Scale and Revised Edition of Job Satisfaction Scale .Results ①There was significantly positive correlation between teachers'professional identity factors and job satisfaction (r=0.612,0.388,0.294,0.194;P〈0.01);Role values and professional behavior were found to be negatively related to turnover intention (r=-0.369,-0.210;P〈0.01);Job satisfaction was negatively related to turnover intention (r=-0.650,;P〈0.01);②Job satisfaction played a complete mediating role between role values,professional behavior inclination and turnover intention (β=-0.678,-0.669;P〈0.001).Conclusion Professional identity,job satisfaction and turnover intention are significantly related .Role values,professional behavior inclination indirectly affect turnover inten-tion through job satisfaction .
