摘要
目的通过测定阿立哌唑血药浓度,研究其对精神分裂症患者丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、肌酐(CR)、空腹血糖(GLU)的影响。方法将符合入组标准的30名精神分裂症患者随机分成3组(其中完成研究28例),3组分别服用阿立哌唑固定剂量10mg/d、20mg/d、30mg/d,用反相高效液相色谱法测定每位患者的阿立哌唑血药浓度,并分别在服药前和在达到固定剂量4周后测定每位患者的丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、肌酐(CR)、空腹血糖(GLU)。结果在阿立哌唑血药浓度114.56ng/ml^470.16ng/ml范围内,患者的ALT、CR、GLU无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论阿立哌唑对患者的ALT、CR、GLU水平无影响或影响极小。
Objective To study the effect of aripiprazole on ALT ,CR,GLU in schizophrenic patients .Methods 30 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into 3 groups（the actual completion of 28 cases）,the three groups were given aripiprazole fixed dose of 10mg/d,20mg/d,30mg/d.The serum concentration of aripiprazole was determined by RP -HPLC.Each patient＇s ALT,CR,Glu were measured at baseline and after treatment .Results There were no significant differences in patients with ALT CR Glu in the 114 .56 ng/ml to 470.16ng/ml range（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Aripiprazole has no effect or little effect on ALT ,CR,GLU levels of patients .
