摘要 目的探讨肿瘤干细胞及其Wnt信号通路表达在胃癌患者中的作用机制。方法利用免疫组化技术分析c-myc基因蛋白、hTERT及CD133在慢性非萎缩性胃炎、慢性萎缩性胃炎(伴肠化生或异型增生)、早期胃癌患者非炎症区组织中的表达,并对其进行比较。结果在早期胃癌组与慢性萎缩性胃炎组,c-myc基因蛋白、hTERT及CD133的表达均明显高于慢性非萎缩性胃炎组(P<0.05);但早期胃癌组与慢性萎缩性胃炎组相比,c-myc基因蛋白、hTERT及CD133的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胃癌和胃癌前病变与c-myc基因蛋白、hTERT及CD133的过表达密切相关,在胃癌发病中具有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the mechanism and expression of cancer stem cells and Wnt signaling pathway in patients with gastric cancer.Methods hTERT gene,CD133 protein and c-myc gene protein were analyzed by immunohistochemistry method.Results Expression of hTERT gene,CD133 protein and c-myc gene protein were significantly higher in early-stage gastric cancer and chronic atrophic gastritis than those in chronic non-atrophic gastritis (P < 0.05).There were no significant differences of expression of hTERT gene,CD133 protein and c-myc gene protein between early-stage gastric cancer group and chronic atrophic gastritis group (P > 0.05).Conclusion Over-expression of hTERT gene,CD133 protein and c-myc gene protein have close relation to gastric cancer and precancerous lesion of gastric cancer and they have great significance in the carcinogenesis of gastric cancer.
