摘要
针对农业工程拔尖人才培养的特殊要求,从明确人才培养目标出发,对农业工程拔尖人才培养模式进行定位。通过制订人才培养方案、优化配置课程体系、更新教学内容和加强实践教学环节等手段实施教学体系,提出农业工程拔尖人才培养模式实施的保障措施。介绍了农业工程拔尖人才培养的探索与实践中取得的效果。
According to the special requirements of agricultural engineering prominent talent cultivation,starting from definite the training goal of prominent talents,the cultivation mode was orientated for agricultural engineering prominent talent cultivation,the teaching system was implemented by setting the talent training scheme,optimizing the allocation of course system,updating the teaching contents,and strengthening the practice teaching link.The safeguard measures for the implementation of agricultural engineering prominent talent cultivation model were put forward.The achieved effect was introduced in the exploration and practice process of agricultural engineering prominent talent cultivation.
