摘要
从烟叶生产投入水平、产出水平和可持续发展三个方面构建烟叶生产发展水平评价指标体系,利用层次分析法确定指标的权重,计算河南省烟叶生产各指标的标准值,综合分析目前河南各烟叶生产区生产发展特点、水平,为提高河南省烟叶生产现代化发展水平提供参考。
This thesis builds a tobacco production development level evaluation system from three aspects,i.e.input level,output level and sustainable development of tobacco production,uses AHP to determine the index weight,calculates the standard value of each index of tobacco production in Henan Province and makes a comprehensive analysis on the characteristics and levels of production development of various tobacco production areas of Henan at present,providing reference for improving the level of modernized development of tobacco production in Henan Province.
