摘要
随着贵州省城镇化、工业化强省战略的推进,非农建设占用耕地逐年增加,优质耕地资源流失严重。以耕作层剥离为前提,实施区域坡耕地整治为措施,能有效促进耕作层再利用和生态保护工作。该研究以耕作层试点剥离经验为基础,通过对耕作层剥离、"坡改梯"工程设计、生态防护等技术措施的研究,实现优质耕作层再利用的目标。
With the accelerating of urbanization and industralization in Guizhou Province,occupation of cultivated land for non-agricultural construction is increasing year by year,the loss of high-quality cultivated land resource is serious.Taking the tillage layer stripping as the premise,regional slope cultivated land condolidation measures were implemented for effectively promoting tillage layer reutilization and ecological protection.On the basis of experience of tillage layer stripping,through study on technique measures of tillage layer stripping,design of slope-to-terrace project,ecological protection,the target of high-quality tillage layer reutilization can be realized.
