摘要
烟草特有亚硝胺(TSNAs)是一类具有强致癌性的N-亚硝胺类化合物,是国内外烟草研究重点领域之一。综述了烟草、烟草制品及烟气中TSNAs的分析方法,其中对近年来应用较多的气相色谱-热能分析(GC-TEA)、液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)和气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)方法进行了重点综述,并展望了TSNAs分析检测的研究前景。
Tobacco specific N-nitrosamines （TSNAs）,a class of N-nitrosamine compounds which have been known to be potent carcinogens in animal studies,are always the focus of the tobacco research.This paper reviewed the analytical methods of the four main TSNAs in tobacco,tobacco products and cigarette smoke.Among the methods,we focused on the most widely used methods in these years,i.e.,gas chromatography-thermal energy analyzer （GC-TEA）,liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry （LC-MS/MS） and gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry （GC-MS/MS）.The future research direction of the analytical methods of TSNAs was also forecasted.
