摘要
利用常规高空、地面观测资料和河南省区域天气监测网提供的乡镇四要素站点资料,对2013年8月14~17日洛阳地区出现的大范围的连续高温天气进行诊断分析.结果发现,南亚高压和大陆副高的持续配合利于洛阳地区大范围的高温天气的产生;700和850hPa的暖平流是形成高温天气的重要因素;地面暖低压的持续控制是造成此次长时间高温天气的重要条件;洛阳地区日最高气温与海拔高度呈负相关;欧洲中心和T639的数值预报对此次连续高温天气过程均有指导作用.
Using the routine air,surface observation data and township station data provided by Henan regional weather monitoring web,a wide range of continuous hot weather during Aug.14-17,2013 in Luoyang was analyzed.The results showed that the South Asia high and the Asia continent subtropical high meshed with each other is conducive to a wide range of continuous hot weather in Luoyang City ; the temperature on 700 and 850 hPa,and the warm advection from the surface to 700 hPa is the main reason that causes this hot weather; the low pressure heating system for days is an important condition for this long hot weather.The ECMWF and T639 has the role of guiding this process of continuous hot weather.
