腹腔镜胆囊切除术后腹腔内胆汁聚集的诊断和治疗 被引量：2

摘要 腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）较开腹胆囊切除手术有许多好处[1-2],成为许多胆囊疾病的首选方法[2-3].但是,LC术后腹腔内胆汁聚集的发生率较开腹手术明显升高[4-6].且随着腹腔镜手术的广泛开展,该病的绝对数量必然升高,其复杂性也必然增加[7].本文就LC术后腹腔内胆汁聚积的病因、临床表现和治疗对策予以综述,以提高对该病防治水平.1
