作为世界上最重要的产油国之一,俄罗斯（前苏联）并不常以能源国的身份出现在人们的视野之中。但是,无论是内部经济、地区问题还是国家外交,石油对俄罗斯（前苏联）来说都是重要的决定因素。国际油气市场的动荡、起落也直接影响到了苏联解体的发生。从上世纪70年代,苏联石油工业进入繁荣开始,到2000年俄罗斯联邦迈入普京时代,石油给俄罗斯（前苏联）带来了兴衰荣辱。
As one of the most important oil-producing countries in the world, Russia(the former Soviet union) is not often appeared in people's field of vision because of energy. However, whether the internal economic, regional or national diplomacy, oil is important determinants for Russia(Soviet). The international oil and gas market ups and downs is also directly affected the occurrence of the collapse of the Soviet union. Since the 1970 s, the Soviet oil industry into the boom began, to 2000 the Russian federation entering the Putin era, oil has brought Russia(Soviet) a portrait.
