船艇动力设备远程监测与报警系统的设计 被引量:2

摘要 针对国内传统仪器监测信号和现场监测在功能和显示方面的不足,采用VB可视化建模、数据库、传感器、无线网络通信等技术,设计开发了船艇动力设备远程监测与报警系统。该系统采用模块化的设计方法,分别进行硬件和软件设计,主要对船艇的主推进机组和柴油发电机机组的运行状态进行综合监测与报警。试验结果表明,该系统不仅可以满足对船艇动力设备的实时监测与报警的要求,而且为后续故障预测与诊断提供了充分的数据信息,具有实际应用价值。 Against to the lack of features and display for the domestic traditional instrument to monitor signals and on - site monitoring, using VB visual modeling, databases, sensors, wireless network communication technology, design and development of a the boats power equipment remote monitoring and alarm system. The system uses a modular design method,then designing a system of hardware and software respectively. The system mainly comprehensive monitor and alarm the running state of main propulsion units and diesel generator sets of ship. The test results show that the system not only to meet the requirements of real - time monitoring and alarming the power equipment of ship, but also can provide sufficient data for the subsequent failure prediction and diagnosis. The system has a practical application.
