摘要
面对新时期和新形势下干部队伍建设和选任工作对竞争性选拔提出的新要求,本文在回顾人-岗匹配理论的基础上,利用该理论对竞争性选拔的原理进行了系统分析,得出了竞争性选拔对实现人-岗匹配的过程和作用,探析了其中影响人岗匹配度的关键点,并据此对改进目前工作给出了建议和意见。
Facing the new requirements to the competitive selection from cadre team construction and cadre chooses in the new period and new situation, and based on the review of person-job fit theory in HRM, we analyzed the principles and functions of competitive selection, and obtained the procedures and functions of competitive selection to achieve person-job fit in this paper. The key points to enhance person-job fit have also been discussed in the paper. After then, some suggestions and opinions have been given for improving the competitive selection.
