摘要
目的:比较上海与5个同类型城市的中医类医疗服务价格水平,为政府制定和调整价格提供依据。方法:对价格构成进行标准化,采用加权平均价格、平均价格相对比和绝对差等指标评价总体水平,并对各项目价格进行直接比较和归类分析。结果:共比较171个项目。上海中医类价格明显偏低,中医类价格与人均可支配收入不相关。上海明显偏低的项目占47.4%,价格居中的项目占29.2%,价格偏高的项目占综合服务类项目的23.4%。结论:上海市应继续加大中医类医疗服务项目的价格调整,优化综合类服务价格结构。
Objective：To compare the price of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） service among Shanghai and other five metropolitan cites for providing policy suggestions to the government.Methods：The price structure was standardized.Weighted average price,relative rate and absolute difference were used to compare the total price level,and price was compared directly and was analyzed separately.Results：171 items were compared totally.The price level of TCM in Shanghai overall price was apparent lower than other cities,and the price level was not related with per capita disposable income.The items with lower and middle level price accounted for 47.4％ and 29.2％,respectively,and the proportion of items with high price was 23.4％.Conclusion：Shanghai government should continue to strengthen the price adjustment of TCM,and the comprehensive medical service price structure should be optimized.
