摘要
在归纳分析了当前制造型核心企业塑胶周转箱(胶箱)管理运作存在问题的基础上,针对供应链核心企业提出了一种核心企业参与供应商胶箱管理的新胶箱管理模型,对该模型的信息流和实物流进行了分析,并结合该模型在实际企业中的应用效果,说明了该模型对企业控制胶箱丢失、提高周转效率等方面有积极作用,为核心企业的胶箱管理提供了一种可行的新思路。
In this paper, on the basis of an analysis of the existing problems of core manufacturing enterprises in plastic turnover carton management, we proposed an innovated plastic turnover carton management model and illustrated the positive effect of the model in solving the abovementioned problems.
