摘要
通过对河北省邢台市年降水量、入境水量、水资源量逐年减少的变化趋势,以及邢台市总用水量增加的情况分析,提出了缓解邢台市资源型缺水危机的措施主要是实行最严格的水资源管理制度,加大节水力度,充分利用再生水和咸水资源,以及外流域调水。
Through the analysis of reducing trend of annual precipitation, entry water and water resources quantity, and increasing trend of total water consumption in Xingtai of Hebei Province, main measures are proposed to remit the resource shortage crisis, such as implementing the most stringent water resource management, strengthening water saving, taking full advantage of reuse water, salt water and transfering water from other basins.
