摘要
本试验采用多孔淀粉、甘油、葡萄糖、甘露醇为壁材,对嗜酸乳杆菌进行微囊化,并对其性能进行了研究。结果表明:50 mL菌悬液,采用多孔淀粉6 g、葡萄糖5 g、甘油3.0 mL、甘露醇3.0 mL为最佳的包埋条件;电镜分析产品形态表明,嗜酸乳杆菌被保护剂均匀的包裹,且大小均匀,有很好的包裹效率;稳定性试验结果表明,制剂的稳定性要高于裸菌,并且制剂在4℃下储藏时,稳定性较好。
In this experiment,microcapsules containing Lactobacillus acidophilus was prepared by using porous starch,glycerin,mannitol and glucose as wall materials,respectively,and its property was also investigated.The results showed that the best process conditions to prepare microencapsulation were porous starch with the dosage of 6 g,glucose 5 g,glycerol 3.0 mL,mannitol 3.0 mL,respectively.SEM photos also indicated that microencapsulation containing Lactobacillus acidophilus had uniform package,uniform size,and exhibited good encapsulation function.In addition,the stability of probiotics was higher than bare bacteria,and the microcapsule showed the best stability when stored at 4 ℃.
