摘要
以尿素为沉淀剂,氧化钇(粗粉)、浓硝酸为原料,采用均相沉淀法制备超细氧化钇,研究了体系反应温度、pH及不同分散剂对产品形貌的影响。用差热-热重分析仪(TG-DTA)分析前驱物的热分解特性,用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对样品晶型和微观结构做了表征。结果表明,在不同条件下分别制备出了板状、片状、花絮状、球形的微纳米氧化钇,并结合反应条件对各种形貌形成机理做了初步推断。
Ultrafine yttrium oxide powders were prepared by homogeneous precipitation method,with urea as precipitant,Y2O3(coarse powder) and nitric acid as raw materials.The influences of temperature,pH,and different dispersants on the product′s morphology were investigated.The thermal decomposition properties of precursors were analyzed by TG-DTG.The morphologies and microstructures of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffractometer(XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM).Results showed that under different conditions,nanometer yttrium oxide with the morphologies of plate,sheet,flower flocculent,and spherical could be prepared.Combined with the reaction conditions,a preliminary inference mechanism for the formation of the various morphologies was made.
