摘要
"导致新疆各地滴灌工程规划设计处于不同水平的主要因素有:通过系统科学试验、现场监测资料获得的设计资料不足;对设计规范理解、应用的不同;对设计规范以外存在的设计问题无可靠的设计理论依据"。分析了新疆滴工程规划设计中广泛存在且较典型的设计问题,以期为工程设计人员及相关理论研究人员提供设计、研究思路。
The main factors, which lead to the different levels of drip irrigation project planning and design in the different area of Xingjiang, include the insufficient design data obtained through systematic and scientific experiment and field monitoring, different understanding and applying of the design criterion, lack of reliable theoretical basis for the problem beyond design criterion. Based on the analysis, widespread and typical design problems of the drip irrigation project planning and design in Xinjiang are analyzed to pro vide research and design ideas for the engineering designer and related theories researchers.
