摘要 代谢组学是以物理学基本原理为基础的分析化学,以数学计算与建模为基础的化学计量学和以生物化学为基础的生命科学等多学科交叉的一门新学科,它研究生物内源性代谢物质的整体及其变化规律,并且通过这种变化规律探究所发生的生物学事件或过程的本质。目前代谢组学在2型糖尿病的研究中取得了一些进展,该文对其在葡萄糖代谢异常的机制以及药物治疗的作用机制等方面的研究进行综述。 Metabolomics is a interdiscipline of chemical analysis based on the basic principles of physics,chemometrics based on mathematical calculation and modeling,and life science based on biochemistry.Metabolomics studies on the entirety and variation rules of biological endogenous metabolites,and investigates the nature of biological events that occur or process through the research on such variation rules.Currenhy,metabonomic study on type 2 diabetes mellitus has made some progress,Here is to make a review of the mechanism of abnormal glucose metabolism and the drug treatment,and some other aspects.
