摘要
气候变化问题已经成为当今国际社会高度关注的全球性问题,发展低碳经济、建设低碳城市成为各国渐趋一致的看法。在低碳背景下,城市产业如何遴选,产业升级如何推进,这必将对传统产业发展路径的选择形成革命性的影响。本文以乌鲁木齐市为例,通过传统条件和低碳条件下城市产业发展路径的对比与选择,在传统工业行业中遴选出十大战略性产业予以重点发展,以推动乌鲁木齐市低碳产业发展,最终建设智慧城市、低碳城市,实现乌鲁木齐市的可持续发展和绿色发展。
Taking Urumqi city as an example, through the scale index calculation of Urumqi in 2010 the traditional condition and under the condition of low carbon of each industry and low carbon index, and considering the two factors, comparison and choice of the development path of city industry, culminating in the traditional industry of Lin electric machinery and equipment manufacturing, black metal smelting and rolling processing industry, oil and natural gas industry, textile and garment, shoes, hat manufacturing ten low carbon strategic industry to be the focus of development, to promote the development of low carbon industry in Urumqi City, the construction of wisdom City, low carbon city, sustainable development and green development in Urumqi city.
