摘要
基于技术市场的视角构建陕西省技术转移基础指标体系,运用因子分析的方法求得陕西省技术转移综合指数。通过建立陕西省技术转移综合指数与三次产业指数间的向量自回归模型,结合方差分解的方法对陕西省技术转移与三次产业结构间的关系进行了考察。结果表明:1三次产业结构的优化升级有利于陕西省技术转移能力的提高;2成熟技术的转移可直接带动陕西省三次产业经济的发展;3三次产业经济发展需求成为拉动陕西省技术转移的强劲动力;4技术转移对陕西省三次产业发展的影响仍需继续提高。
This paper constructed a technology transfer index system from the market perspective, and used the factor analysis method to obtain the technology transfer comprehensive index (TTI) of Shaanxi Province. Then the vector autoregressive model and the variance decomposition method were employed to define the relationship between TTI and indexes of the three industries. The results show that : ① the optimization of three industrial structures could help to improve the capability of technology transfer in Shaanxi Province ; ② the transfer of mature technologies can directly drive the three industries of Shaanxi Province; ③needs from the three industries become a strong power to pull the technology transfer; ④ the influence of technology transfer in Shaanxi Province on the three industries development needs to further improve.
