The Evaluation of Open Access Repositories Based on All-around Evaluation System

摘要开放存取仓储发展迅速,为明确哪些是高质量的开放存取仓储,以便用户有效利用,需构建开放存取仓储综合评价的指标体系。文章将"全评价"体系运用于开放存取仓储的评价,通过研究开放存取仓储的评价主体、评价客体、评价目的、评价标准、评价指标、评价方法和评价制度,构建开放存取仓储包含的形式评价、内容评价和效用评价等方面的评价体系。 The development of open access repositories is growing rapidly. In order to help users identify the open access repositories of high-quality, it is necessary to establish an evaluation system for it. The authors study the subject, object, aim, criteria, indexes, methods and rules of open access repositories evaluation by the all-around evaluation system, and establish the evaluation system to assess the forms, content and effectiveness of open access repositories.
